The Opportunity
A hands-on role for a commercially minded Finance Manager to own and scale the finance function in a growing business. You'll manage day-to-day finance while building processes, improving systems, and supporting strategic decisions. Clear pathway into senior leadership as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations & Cash Flow
Own AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and supplier payments
Lead credit control, debtor management, and working capital optimisation
Implement credit policies and manage financial accuracy
Reporting & Compliance
Deliver monthly management accounts and reporting packs
Manage BAS and statutory compliance
Maintain strong controls and optimise finance systems (Xero)
Commercial Finance
Oversee commissions, rebates, and incentives
Provide insights on pricing, margins, and performance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Process & Growth
Build scalable processes and improve efficiency
Establish reporting cadence and operational discipline
Support future finance team growth, including offshore capability
About You
CA / CPA qualified




Strong SME finance experience in a hands-on role
Proven credit control and cash flow management skills
Commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Leadership potential with ability to influence stakeholders
