General Accounting Expert

Location:

Role Responsibilities
Develop long-horizon
accounting tasks
that mirror real-world scenarios with deterministic rubrics.
Create
transactional accounting
scenarios such as journal entries and AP/AR with defined cash application rules.
Design
close processes
including reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany eliminations.
Construct supporting analyses with flux explanations against ground-truth variances.
Work
independently and asynchronously
to ensure tasks have checkable answers and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting or related field.
3+ years
as a staff or senior accountant.




Expertise in reconciliations, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, AP/AR on major ERPs like
NetSuite
,
SAP
,
Oracle
,
QuickBooks
,
Xero
,
Intacct
.
Ability to read and produce accounting artifacts like JE packages, reconciliations, and trial balances.
Explicit written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
CPA
or CPA candidate.
