Working closely with program teams, leaders and suppliers, youu****ll develop sourcing strategies, draft and execute RFx processes, evaluate, negotiate and award subcontracts, while ensuring compliance with Defence and company requirements.nnYouu****ll also play a key role in managing supplier performance, contribute to functional continuous improvement activities and support a focus on Australian Industry Capability (AIC) outcomes, contributing to sustainable and missionu****focused supply chain solutions.nnAbout you:nnYouu****re a commercially astute professional who thrives in complex defence bid environments, balancing pace with rigor to deliver compliant, competitive outcomes. nnYouu****ll bring:nn * An AGSVA NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain onen * Minimum of 5+ yearsu**** experience in subcontracting or a similar commercial role within the Defence Industryn * Strong experience sourcing, drafting,
