Role Responsibilities
Build long-horizon finance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Develop scenarios in
Planning
,
Management reporting
, and
Operating finance
with checkable answers.
Create budgets, headcount plans, and unit economics that reconcile to source data.
Design variance bridges and board-pack KPIs with fixed ground-truth decomposition and defined calculations.
Construct driver-based opex walks and scenario models with specified inputs and expected outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously to produce high-quality finance artifacts.
Qualifications
Must-Have
BS or MS
in Finance, Accounting,



Economics, or related field.
4+ years
in FP&A;, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
Expertise in budget building, variance analysis, driver-based planning, or
EPM tooling
(Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment).
Ability to read and produce finance artifacts: budgets, forecast packs, variance bridges, board decks, headcount models.
Clear written communication with step-by-step reasoning and encoding into deterministic rubrics.
