About the Role:
We are looking for hungry, driven individuals who show initiative, are team players, and are quick learners. Our team of elite Property Specialists are a big driving force of our company. Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that are pre-qualified and scheduled into their calendars by our appointment-setting team and then close them on a membership fee.
Primary Responsibilities:
Embody company values
Support and grow the team culture
Hit KPIs for the number of newly joined members per month
Manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long-term period, constantly following them up to help them move forward with membership
Generate new prospects from referrals
Proactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales
(Property, Finance or Mortgage Broking
preferred — but open to all elite sales talent)
Comfortable being on Zoom for 4–5 sessions per day
