Key Responsibilities
Ice Production (Primary Responsibility)
Lead daily ice machine operations
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ice production equipment
Supervise and coordinate a small team during ice runs
Perform start-up, shut-down, and routine operational checks
Identify faults and escalate issues as required
Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards are consistently met
Complete production and shift reporting
Skills & Experience
Mechanical or technical aptitude (experience with machinery highly regarded)
Experience leading or supervising a small team
Ability to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues
Strong safety focus and attention to detail
Positive communication and organisational skills
Willingness to be trained and take ownership of ice production
Desirable
Background in manufacturing,



food production, or cold storage environments
