Personal Productivity / Life Admin Expert

Role Responsibilities
Develop long-horizon life-admin tasks that mirror the work of a great EA or Chief of Staff.
Build scenarios for
inbox and commitments
with email triage and commitment extraction.
Design
scheduling
tasks with calendar operations against feasibility constraints.
Create
information organization
scenarios with file/photo classification and project trackers.
Ensure tasks have checkable answers with deterministic rubrics for grading agent performance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years
as an EA,



Chief of Staff, or similar high-context support role.
Expertise in
Gmail
,
Outlook
,
Superhuman
,
Notion
,
Apple Notes
,
Evernote
,
iCloud
,
Google Photos
.
Comfortable with life-admin artifacts like triaged inboxes and commitment trackers.
Clear written communication and ability to encode reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
