Role Responsibilities
Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate
AI model performance
on psychology problems.
Produce original problem sets grounded in experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
Provide explicit, structured feedback to improve
training data
quality and downstream performance.
Work
independently and asynchronously
to meet deadlines while improving
AI model performance

Qualifications
Must-Have
PhD in Psychology
,
PsyD
, or
MS in Psychology
with
3+ years
clinical, research,



or applied experience.
BA/BS in Psychology
with
5+ years
applied research, clinical support, or teaching experience.
Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive, clinical, developmental, social, biological psychology.
Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
