Role Responsibilities
Author and review technical tasks to evaluate
AI model performance
on agricultural sciences problems.
Produce original problem sets grounded in crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery.
Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with
AI research teams
to improve
training data
quality and performance.
Work
independently and asynchronously
with a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Must-Have
PhD
in Agricultural Sciences or related field,
or
MS
with
3+ years
applied research, extension, or industry experience,




or
BS
with
5+ years
applied farming, extension, or agribusiness experience.
Working fluency in at least two of: agronomy, soil science, animal science, agricultural economics, plant pathology.
Comfortable reading and interpreting crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery.
Transparent technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
