is looking for a proactive and detail-focused
Procurement and Supply Officer
to support the efficient sourcing and supply of goods and services across our operations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring purchasing activities are delivered accurately, on time and in line with business needs. This is an prospect to join a fast-paced environment where collaboration, problem-solving and continuous improvement are highly valued.
Reporting to the Procurement and Supply Supervisor, this role offers exposure across multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading mining services providers.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage purchase orders from creation through to delivery and completion
Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Support inventory control activities and assist in resolving supply discrepancies
Analyse pricing and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
Collaborate with operational, warehousing, planning and finance teams across the business
Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, procedures and compliance requirements




Contribute to a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely and solutions-focused outcomes.
You will ideally bring:
Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply or a similar role
Exposure to heavy mobile equipment, mining, industrial or related industries
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication and relationship-building capability
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
Analytical problem-solving skills and confidence working with systems and data
Experience with Pronto and/or Coupa will be highly regarded
