What you'll be doing:
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, clarify and shape requirements within banking contexts
Translate requirements into end-to-end solution architectures aligned to target-state platforms
Provide solution recommendations leveraging enterprise banking platforms, standards and roadmaps
Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment and delivery feasibility
Drive solutions from concept through to implementation with minimal supervision
Collaborate with engineering, platform and delivery teams to ensure execution success
Contribute to architectural governance and adherence to enterprise standards
What you'll bring:
Proven experience operating as a Solutions Architect in
banking or financial services environments
Strong cloud architecture capability across AWS, Azure and/or GCP




Deep understanding of enterprise and banking architecture frameworks, patterns and best practices
Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into practical, scalable solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
A self-driven mindset with confidence operating in complex, regulated environments
Nice to have:
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Familiarity with large Australian banking platforms or architectures
