Heng & Hurst is seeking an HR Advisor or HR Operations specialist to lead the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, global setting. This 18-month fixed-term contract will place you as the central point of contact for HR enquiries within a quick-paced ANZ team.

You will work closely with the ANZ HR Director to own onboarding, exits, payroll reporting, HRIS data, and compliance. A proactive, communicative HR professional with solid analytics will thrive here.
