As the Procurement Officer - Genuine Parts and Accessories division, you will:
Procure parts and accessories from vendors according to inventory plans and forecasts
Manage purchase orders and communicate shipments with warehouse team
Communicate product demands with overseas vendors and suppliers
Work with Marketing and Brand managers to plan and schedule inventory demands
Maintain parts and accessories data, and provide insights
Work with the Department Manager to manage inventory supply and demand
Manage back orders and reconcile inventory reports
Monitor freight forwarders and customer agencies performance
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Proven procurement/purchasing experience working with overseas vendors
Strong attention to detail with an ability to interpret inventory data
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workflow
