The Role
This role is responsible for managing the delivery of services across key enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and platform environments.
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal engineering teams, driving service quality, operational maturity, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end service delivery for enterprise clients
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Drive ITSM processes across incident, problem, and change management
Monitor and improve SLA and KPI performance
Lead service reviews, reporting, and governance forums
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Manage vendor performance and support commercial outcomes
About You
Experience managing enterprise clients in a technology, SaaS, or platform environment




Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred)
Background in infrastructure or platform service delivery
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with a customer-centric mindset
