for a reputable commercial joinery and shopfitting company based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple commercial and retail fit-out projects
Lead, mentor and supervise trades staff, installers, and subcontractors
Maintain high-quality finishes across all joinery and fit-out installations
Liaise with project managers, clients, builders, and other trades on-site
Interpret and implement architectural drawings, shop drawings, and site plans
Enforce WHS compliance and ensure safe work practices on-site
Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving
Remain hands-on where required to support installation and site delivery

Candidate Requirements:
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery or similar
8-10+ years' experience in commercial joinery or shopfitting
Proven experience as a Site manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail
