Workfast is currently seeking Production Workers / Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Stapylton.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-performance building and insulation solutions, supplying products to the construction and building industries across Australia. This is a outstanding opportunity to secure ongoing Monday to Friday work with a reputable business and the potential for long-term employment.

You will be working as part of a production team, assisting with the manufacturing and processing of building products. The role will involve operating machinery, monitoring production processes and completing general production duties.

Duties will include:
Operating production machinery and equipment
Loading and unloading materials
Monitoring machinery and production processes
Quality checking finished products
Manual handling and general production duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures

To be successful, you will have:
Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience
Good attention to detail
Ability to perform manual handling duties




Strong commitment to safety
Reliable transport to Stapylton
Ability to work Monday to Friday
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
