Requirements
Must have 10+ years of progressive experience across software engineering, technical architecture, and systems integration.
Must have 3+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., Director, Principal Architect, Engineering Manager) delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Proven track record delivering consumer-facing or enterprise-grade digital platforms where performance and user engagement are critical success metrics.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership audiences.
Should be AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) and/or Adobe Certified Master (AEM Architect).
Should have experience within higher education, edtech, or highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR and local privacy laws) relating to student and user data.
Very Valuable Communcation Skills.
