Dematic is seeking an experienced Project Group Manager to lead a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver complex warehouse automation projects across ANZ. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project excellence, ensuring strong governance, and delivering large-scale automation solutions safely, on time and within budget.
This role can be based in Sydney (Belrose) or Melbourne (Notting Hill).

Tasks and Qualifications:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the delivery of multiple complex automation and warehouse projects across ANZ
Manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver high quality projects
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget
Drive robust project governance, risk management and commercial performance
Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
Align internal teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes




WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction, Logistics, or a related discipline
Extensive leadership and project delivery experience within complex engineering, construction, or material-handling environments
Strong knowledge of automated systems, material handling, racking and large-scale warehouse projects
Proven commercial and contract management capability
Demonstrated success leading project management teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel nationally
