Your New Role
As the HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing high-level HR guidance and partnering on a range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering strategic and operational HR advice to managers across the business
Leading or supporting ER/IR matters, including performance management and investigations
Advising on organisational change, workforce planning, and capability development
Overseeing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
Developing HR frameworks, policies, and documentation
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to HR projects
What You'll Need to Succeed




Demonstrated experience in an HR Consultant or senior HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Confidence in managing ER issues and guiding leaders through complex people matters
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on operational support
