RoleWe're looking for an experienced Power BI Reporting Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of dashboards, working at the intersection of business, data and reporting.This is a BI-focused leadership role where you will own requirements, KPI definition and dashboard design while guiding a Power BI Developer through build and delivery.
What You'll Do
Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and KPIs
Design dashboard UX, wireframes and storytelling
Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data readiness




Oversee data models, metrics, and reporting quality
Guide a developer through build, testing, and release
Ensure outputs are accurate, user-friendly, and business-focused
What You Bring
Strong experience delivering enterprise Power BI dashboards
Proven ability to lead reporting design (not just development)
Positive understanding of data modelling (fact/dim, grain, relationships)
Experience working with data engineering teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to turn complex data into clear business insight
