The Role:
We are working with a well-established business seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Officer to join their team based in Alexandria. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start available, suited to someone who enjoys working in a hands-on and rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with weekly payroll
Manage timesheets and attendance records
Review invoices and check allocations/coding accuracy
Upload invoices into ERP system for processing
Provide general accounts and administration support as required
About You:
Previous payroll experience
Experience using a large ERP system
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working within manual processes
Confident handling invoice allocations and data entry
