The Role
Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of corporate events, from small client meetings to large-scale functions
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, suppliers, budgets, and timelines
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Oversee on-the-day event operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Track event performance and provide post-event reporting and insights
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences and client engagement
About You
Proven experience in event coordination, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with occasional after-hours event commitments
Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and continuously improving outcomes
