We are looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team.

Prestige Contracting Services works across a range of commercial, industrial and modular building projects , giving our apprentices exposure to much more than basic domestic electrical work.

This is a great chance for someone who wants to learn the trade properly, work alongside experienced electricians and build a long-term career with a growing company.

Electrical Apprentice – 1st to 4th Year

About the Role

You will be involved in a variety of electrical works including:
Commercial and industrial electrical installations
Modular and transportable building fit-outs
Switchboards and distribution boards
Lighting and power installations
Cable tray, conduit and cable installation
Submains and mains cabling
Testing and commissioning
Fault finding
General electrical construction work

You will work alongside licensed electricians and experienced tradespeople who will help develop your skills throughout your apprenticeship.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently completing an electrical apprenticeship or looking to commence one




Has a genuine interest in becoming a qualified electrician
Is reliable and turns up on time
Has a good attitude and willingness to learn
Can work well as part of a team
Takes pride in their work
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction setting
Holds a current driver's licence or is working towards one
Has a White Card

Previous electrical or construction experience is an advantage but not essential for the right person.
