THE ROLE
Operate of all processing plant equipment relating to: Milling, CIL, Crushing & the Elution circuit as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities
Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner
Operate process control systems using CITECT
Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant
Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required
WHAT DO I NEED
Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
Experience working within a gold processing plant
Experience with Sag/Ball Mill Operations
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks




Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable)
Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
Gas Testing Ticket (desirable)
Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
Forklift Licence (desirable)
A can-do, team-oriented attitude
Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
Excellent communication skills
