Sales Cadet!
The Role:
Based in our newly refurbished used car showroom,
you will be responsible for learning, developing and implementing the various functions of a salesperson whilst displaying the highest standards of customer service. You will be mentored by a well-established and experienced team to help kick-start your career in automotive sales. You will play a key role in assisting the team during various stages of the sales process, while getting exposure to a high-performing sales team.
Your duties will include but aren't limited to:
Assist salespeople in various elements of the sales process when and where appropriate
Maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring the customer experience is maximised with repeat business.
Ensure compliance with the company's policies
Demonstrate a high-level of customer service in all interactions with dealership visits.
To be successful in this role you must offer the following:
Passion for motor cars and desire to develop your career/establish a career in the motor industry
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly personality with the ability to work in a team.
Ability to build rapport with our customers
Exceptional customer service skills
Self-Motivated




Ability to follow established processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Immaculate personal presentation
Full NSW Driver's License
