ABOUT THE ROLE
The right candidates are service-minded, inclusive and committed to delivering positive outcomes for the people and communities we support, in line with Employment Plus and The Salvation Army's values. The successful candidate will demonstrate the capability to:
Lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams in a service-based environment
Deliver against financial and operational performance targets
Build and maintain strong partnerships that support consistent service delivery
Use data and insights to monitor results, identify opportunities and drive business performance
Provide regular, constructive feedback and coaching to strengthen team capability and improve outcomes
Be a leader in our business, accountable for managing a geographically dispersed professional team to achieve their targets in a challenging government contract environment
Ensure all sites within your region consistently deliver commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for diverse groups of job seekers
ABOUT YOU
Service-minded, inclusive and outcomes-focused, with a genuine commitment to supporting diverse job seekers into sustainable employment
Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced service environment
Proven ability to deliver against financial and operational targets, including in complex, performance-driven contract settings
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships to enable consistent service delivery
Confident using data and insights to monitor performance, identify trends, address risks and improve results
A practical, people-first leader who provides regular coaching, feedback and performance support to lift capability and accountability
Comfortable balancing commercial returns with purpose-led outcomes, ensuring sites deliver strong results while meeting participant needs
A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for our positions. Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a police check.
