At GoFibre, we're expanding our full fibre network and looking for an experienced FTTP Install Engineer to join our growing team. What you'll be doing

As an FTTP Install Engineer, you'll play a key role in connecting homes and businesses to GoFibre's full fibre network. Working independently and alongside colleagues, you'll be responsible for delivering secure, skilled and high-quality installations from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and commissioning FTTP broadband services
Fibre cabling, blowing, splicing and termination activities
Testing and fault-finding using OTDR and fibre testing equipment
Working on overhead and underground PIA networks
Completing site surveys and installation documentation
Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times
Delivering an exceptional customer experience during every visit




Ensuring all work is completed to company and industry standards

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who already has hands‑on experience within fibre installation and can confidently work in both customer-facing and network environments.

You'll ideally have:
Experience working on FTTP networks
Fibre splicing and testing experience
Knowledge of overhead and underground network installation
Experience using OTDR and fibre testing equipment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications
Full UK Driving License
NRSWA Accreditation
SA001 Certification
SA002 Certification
