Sales and technical support of water pumps for a predominantly online/ecommerce supply business with phone and email support. Minimal in-store service.

We are a small team looking for someone with a friendly phone manner and basic computer skills to handle incoming sales/inquiries as well as provide basic technical support. We supply both B2B (trades and retailers) and retail customers.

Technical training provided.

Key responsibilities
Incoming sales of water pumps (residential & industrial ag.)
Basic technical support
Phone and email communication

About you
Ideally sales experience and/or mechanical/technical experience
