About the Role
As our
Service Desk Controller
, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience to our trade customers. You'll manage enquiries, coordinate workflows, and ensure our service desk operates efficiently.
This is a
full-time, Monday to Friday
chance with real potential for career growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the
first point of contact
for customers and trade enquiries
Coordinating service desk activities and supporting site operations
Working across
POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Collaborating with the wider team while also working independently when required
Maintaining high standards of organisation and communication




What We're Looking For
Strong trade knowledge or trade background
(highly regarded)
Experience using
POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent
communication and customer service skills
Exceptional
organisational skills
with attention to detail
A proven ability to work both
independently and as part of a team
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
