We're on the lookout for a
dependable, detail-driven team player
to join our
K&B; Torrensville Support Office
in a Quoting Administration role.
If you thrive in a structured admin environment, enjoy working with data, and take pride in accuracy—this could be the perfect next step.
What you'll be doing:
Working to an allocated job schedule to keep things moving smoothly
Preparing and processing quotes in line with quoting and material guidelines
Updating and editing existing quotes as required
Supporting Trade Account Managers with accurate and timely information
Delivering a high level of internal customer service
What you'll bring:
Strong PC and data entry skills
A positive, can-do attitude and solid work ethic
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
Timber or hardware knowledge (a bonus—but we'll train you if you're keen to learn!)
