As
Analyst
you will play a key role within the
Investmen
t Operations
team in our Sydney office.
Your Responsibilities
Preparation and review of tailored reporting and advice to our superannuation and pension fund clients
Maintenance of performance models, including reconciliation of investment records and implementing portfolio changes
Review of unit pricing information, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
Assisting with the settlement of direct alternative investment transactions
Liaising with clients, custodians and other external service providers
What we look for
Tertiary qualification in a business‐related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Studies), demonstrating strong foundational knowledge
1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a high‐performing financial institution
Proven exposure to environments such as fund management, custodianship, or superannuation funds
Solid analytical and problem‐solving capabilities with the ability to translate findings into practical outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders




Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment
Consistently high attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,i.e. the ability to work confidently with complex documents and datasets
