Job Summary:
We're looking for a thoughtful and experienced Senior Data Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building data solutions that truly make a difference.
In this role, you'll take ownership of designing and delivering reliable, high-quality data platforms that support critical business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing clarity to ambiguity and creating solutions that are scalable, resilient, and aligned to real-world needs.
Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering robust, end-to-end data solutions in production environments
Building and optimising data pipelines, integrations, and SQL Server data models




Developing C# / .NET-based data services and processing components
Working across cloud platforms and distributed data tools (e.g. Databricks)
Ensuring strong data quality, governance, and reliability standards
Improving systems through automation, AI-assisted tools, and continuous optimisation
Supporting and enhancing production data services, including issue resolution
Requirements:
Strong experience in data or platform engineering within complex environments
Deep knowledge of SQL Server and data modelling
Solid skills in C# and .NET development
Experience building and supporting data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
Exposure to cloud data platforms (preferably GCP)
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity
A thoughtful approach to data quality, security, and responsible AI us
Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or MongoDB
Exposure to modern microservices (.NET)
Background in financial services or regulated environments
