We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional
Porter
to join our Concierge team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm welcome and memorable departure experience. This fast-paced and guest-focused position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless luxury service.
Job Description
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Assist with luggage handling, storage and guest requests efficiently and safely
Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Maintain a professional presence in the lobby
Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate when required
Uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding hospitality at all times
Provide overnight operational support to the Duty Manager and In-Room Dining team, including technical assistance for guest requests
Qualifications
A passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and grooming standards




Physical fitness and ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30kg
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
High degree of flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings and late nights
