Key Responsibilities
Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings
Participate in the provision of resident focussed, holistic care
Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents
Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers
Qualifications and experience
Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement ***********. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $***** - $***** per hour.
