We are looking for a passionate
Assistant Store Manager (2IC)
to help lead our
MECCA Narellan
store in
NSW in a
full-time capacity working Sun-Thu.
You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for
Living and
breathing
the MECCA values as you lead by example
Drive success and engagement in the store team, assisting in performance management and upholding the company values
Ensure smooth and effective store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

Enjoy

Have a m

12 months
of previous experience working in a retail environment
Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.
Have a
n unrelentless pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)
Have e
xceptional communication and organisational skills
