About the role
We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit Simpson team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.
Provide great customer service and help customers with product and pricing enquiries
Process sales through the register (POS)
Support with store presentation and merchandising displays
Receive and unpack deliveries
Assist with basic administrative and banking tasks
About you
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and has a practical, can-do attitude.
Experience in retail, customer service, admin, or a similar role
Confidence using computers (e.g.



MS Office, basic systems)
A friendly, approachable style with a focus on helping customers
Availability to work Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturday
Experience with stock control (nice to have, but not essential)
