Experienced Pickers – Wetherill Park

Synergie Australia is currently seeking experienced Pickers to join a busy Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park.

WHAT'S ON OFFER
From $35+ per hour
Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Ongoing casual employment
Immediate starts available
Consistent hours
Additional shifts available, with the prospect to work up to 6 days per week
Potential permanent opportunities for the right candidates

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working within a fast-paced dry storage Distribution Centre, your duties will include:
Voice picking customer orders
Operating ride-on Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
Picking and packing orders
Lifting and stacking cartons and pallets
Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
Repetitive manual handling, bending and lifting
Working to daily KPIs and productivity targets
Maintaining a secure and clean work environment

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will have:
Previous warehouse picking experience
Voice picking experience – preferred




Ride-on EPJ experience – essential
Experience working within a busy warehouse or Distribution Centre
Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work efficiently and meet KPIs
Full working rights in Australia
Own reliable transport – essential

FLEXIBILITY IS ESSENTIAL

You must be available to work between Monday and Sunday including

Public holidays | Christmas & New Year period | Up to 6 days per week when required
