About the role
We're on the lookout for an Events Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs team on a 12-month contract, supporting the delivery of a busy and exciting national events program.
In this role, you'll help bring together our team, leaders and suppliers through engaging, well-executed events. From supplier forums and leadership conferences to store openings and major celebrations, you'll play a key part in delivering events that support the wider business.
What's involved
Delivering events end-to-end, from planning through to execution
Supporting a range of events including conferences, supplier events, trade expos and internal team events
Managing budgets, timelines and logistics
Sourcing venues and coordinating suppliers and agencies
Developing and managing event run sheets
Coordinating invitations and registration processes
Partnering with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandise and Corporate Affairs and external agencies
Who we're looking for




You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple events at once. You're highly organised and confident working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, and take pride in delivering seamless event experiences. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, you're comfortable managing competing priorities and bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset when things get busy.
You'll need
Previous experience in event management
Strong project management and organisational skills
Experience delivering events end-to-end, including conferences and forums
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach
Qualification in Event Management, PR, Communications or similar (advantageous)
Experience using EventsAir or similar platforms (advantageous)
