About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a professional
Casual
Security Officer to join our team in
Rockhampton
. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting regular site patrols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises and controlling building access.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular internal and external patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and managing reception duties professionally
Monitor and control site access, including visitor registration and pass issuance
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in accordance with site procedures
Complete accurate reports, maintain security records,
and collaborate effectively with site management and team members
Skills & Experience
Full Australian working rights.
Current QLD Security Licence
Current QLD Driver's licence
Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
Ability to undergo a National Police Clearance
Master licence –
