This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers, carpenters and plasterers. It is a outstanding prospect for someone with construction experience who wants to learn specialised acoustic installation techniques and progress into an Acoustic Installer role.

Key responsibilities
Assisting installers with acoustic wall and ceiling systems
Installing acoustic panels, insulation and soundproofing materials
Assisting with plasterboard/Gyprock and basic carpentry work
Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
Using hand and power tools
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Setting up and packing down work areas
Keeping sites clean, organised and safe
Following instructions, drawings and installation procedures
Working at different project locations throughout Sydney

About you
Has a valid Construction White Card
Has full working rights in Australia
Has appropriate PPE
Has basic experience using hand and power tools
Has some experience in construction, labouring or a similar hands-on role




Is physically capable of carrying out construction work
Is reliable and punctual
Takes pride in their work
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
Is willing to learn new skills and installation techniques
Full-time ongoing employment
