Synergie Australia is seeking an Admin Support Officer for a trusted client located in Rockhampton, QLD .

The significant parts:
Pay: $36.81 per hour + Super
Duration: 3-month temporary to permanent prospect
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm

What you will be required to do:

You’ll support a busy operational team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring office documentation is maintained accurately and efficiently.
Basic administrative duties
Data entry and record management
Managing and maintaining safety documentation
Converting hardcopy records into digital files
General office management duties
Assisting the Operations Coordinator with day-to-day tasks

To be successful in the role you will:
Have experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
Understand the importance of workplace safety




Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Have the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Possess high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
