About the Role
The Regional Officer is responsible for driving student recruitment in allocated regions through the co-ordination of sales and marketing activities within their assigned budget.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Co-ordinates the sales and recruitment activities
Undertakes follow-ups, queries, assesses applications and updates all records in EM Portal (internal CRM) on a daily basis
Assist with planning and implementation of sales and event activities in given regions
Assists in preparation of quarterly sales reports
Liaises with Regional Manager on all actual or foreseen variations to budgets or activities in a timely fashion
Assists in other markets as required by Senior Management
Co-ordinates and participates in recruitment events under the direction of the Regional Manager
Processes domestic applications ensuring a quick turn around with Admissions staff
Contributes to the promotion of international pathways
Contributes to the development, implementation and review of annual Student Recruitment plans
Provides informed advice to the Regional Manager to ensure marketing products are tailored to suit specific requirements of each academic program,



whilst also meeting domestic / international marketing strategies and cultural sensitivities
Monitors the use of all trademark and intellectual property in the region and immediately report any suspected infringement to the Regional Manager
Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree from a college or university; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
The Employee will demonstrate experience in:
The Education Industry, ideally within domestic student recruitment
Experience in Sales and Marketing
Representing organisations at external events
Event co-ordination
Providing a high levels of customer service
Application of administrative, clerical, records management procedures and systems operating within an administrative environment
Working in a multi-cultural environment
The Employee will have competency in:

Desirable
Experience in the hospitality industry
Working in a multi-cultural setting
Special Conditions
Out of hours work will be required
Employee will be required to travel within assigned regions
Full Drivers License and Vehicle required
Laptop and Mobile Phone will be provided
