The Position...
A position exists for an experienced Service Coordinator to join the team in their Acacia Ridge branch. This is a excellent opportunity with a large, stable, and reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
Driving Service revenue via field service
A priority to liaise with both customers and field service staff
Coordinate field service job allocation and parts support
Respond to customer enquiries in priority order
Provide client quotations as required




Coordinate Rental Fleet work requirements while out in the field
Data entry and processing job orders
Processing of invoices
The Ideal Candidate...
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Sound computer skills including Microsoft and previous exposure to a mainframe operating system
A good mechanical background in earthmoving equipment will be highly regarded
A great phone manner
A proven, well organised, and systematic approach to work
The desire to help clients deal with their machine servicing and mechanical failures
Open and clear communication characteristics are a must
A proven high level of customer service
Excellent time management skills
