An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing competition, regulatory and disputes practice within a leading mid-tier national law firm.
Your new role
You will join a busy and well-regarded team advising on a broad mix of front-end advisory and contentious competition and consumer matters, including:
Competition and consumer law advice
Cartel and competition litigation
Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
Consumer law disputes and marketing/advertising compliance
General commercial litigation and class actions
This role offers hands-on responsibility and day-to-day carriage of matters, working closely with highly experienced practitioners on complex and high-profile work.
Key responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, affidavits and court documents
Briefing and liaising with counsel
Managing correspondence with courts, regulators and opposing parties
Conducting detailed legal research and providing clear, practical advice




Supporting senior lawyers while also taking ownership of matters
What you'll need to succeed
Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and analytical skills
Experience working on complex disputes and/or regulatory investigations
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
