Reef Gateway Hotel is looking for a motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Airlie Beach. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Venue Manager, lead shifts, develop your team, and gain exposure to all aspects of venue operations.

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service environment
Strong leadership potential and team-focused approach
Passion for delivering great guest experiences
Basic understanding of cash handling and venue operations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Versatile availability, including nights and weekends
