Seeking a hands-on Group Financial Controller to lead financial operations across a multi-entity group. Reporting to the CFO/CEO, you will drive financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements to support business growth.
Your new role
Lead group financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations
Manage cashflow forecasting and working capital
Ensure statutory compliance and manage audits
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights
Drive system and process improvements
Lead and develop the finance team
What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualified
Proven Financial Controller experience in a multi-entity workplace




Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
