We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused ServiceNow Analyst to join our client's team in delivering high-quality support and system administration services. This role will play a key part in maintaining and supporting our ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day ServiceNow system administration and platform support
Deliver support services, including call taking, incident management, and user engagement
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues effectively
Engage directly with end users to understand and resolve technical concerns
Contribute to ongoing improvements of ServiceNow functionality and support processes
Work within defined scope of works and proposal briefs to deliver required outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) - essential
Proven ServiceNow system administration experience
Strong support experience working with ServiceNow applications
Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support in a service desk or IT support environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus




Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced support environment
Additional Requirements
Willingness to perform call taking and actively engage with end users
Strong support-oriented mindset with excellent soft skills
Must be willing and eligible to undergo a security clearance process
