Associate Principal - Architecture (AVD / Windows 365 Solution Architect) Opportunity

Your new role
Lead design and architecture of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions
Design scalable, secure virtual desktop environments aligned to business needs
Manage Cloud PC provisioning, image lifecycle, and automation using Intune and PowerShell
Provide technical leadership across Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft AVD platforms
Drive end-to-end solution delivery across design, build, test, and implementation phases
Gather requirements, run workshops, and create high-level design documentation
Implement security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender integration)
Monitor performance, capacity, and optimize virtual environments
Troubleshoot provisioning, login, connectivity, and performance issues
Support stakeholders and project managers through delivery lifecycle
Drive automation using scripting (PowerShell)

What you'll need to succeed
10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in VDI/EUC environments
Strong expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix, and VMware
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale virtualization solutions
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders
Ability to create solution designs, architecture documents, and run workshops
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, AVD, Citrix, VMware) are desirable
