The salary for the role is up to 135k plus super with flexible work arrangements 3 days in the office and two days working from home.
Your new role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the People & Culture function in a standalone capacity initially, with the opportunity to build out the team in the near future.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing end-to-end HR generalist support across strategic and operational functions
Leading and supporting changes across the business and managing complex employment relations matters
Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of HR systems (ELMO)
Partnering closely with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and culture
Supporting initiatives that strengthen diversity,



inclusion, and reconciliation efforts
Building scalable HR processes and frameworks to support future growth
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated HR generalist experience in both strategic and hands-on capacities
Experience managing ER/IR matters and organisational change
Exposure to or involvement in reconciliation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with HRIS implementation
Ability to work autonomously and establish a robust HR function
