The Queensland Club (the Club) located in the Brisbane CBD isone of Australia’s most prestigious venues, offering five star hospitality, dining, functions and accommodation to members and guests. A rare opportunity has arisen to become a part of an outstanding team of hospitality professionals as a full-time kitchenhand.

Assisting chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks;

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas;

Wash dishes and ensure hygiene standards are met;

Receive and store deliveries; and

Support the team with general kitchen duties as needed

We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional who is well presented, works well and shines within a team environment, and possesses the following:





Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not essential;

A robust work ethic and positive attitude;

Ability to work efficiently under pressure;

Valuable communication and teamwork skills; and

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
